When I was asked to work on this idea, I asked my client to hold the deadline a little because I had a trip lined up to France and I wanted to have the French baking experience right, before starting the initial ideas on this project. And it really paid off! I got to visit several beautiful bakeries there and I was also able to meet the French people and appreciate their passion about breads there. I, then decided to put all this experience together, into the idea of Appani - The Digital Bakery. What you see here is the refined work of the original bakery system found in France.
